Our online, self-study Coach Certification Course is a dynamic, interactive certification experience designed to develop real-world mastery in social and emotional intelligence — empowering coaches to facilitate transformation in themselves and their clients.

The course equips coaches to confidently use the Social and Emotional Intelligence Profile (SEIP)® assessment to deliver higher-value engagements, deepen client outcomes, and create new revenue streams within their coaching practice.

This course is designed for coaches, HR professionals, leaders, and individuals to learn how to coach emotional intelligence using our data-driven assessments. Participants earn our certification as an ISEI Certified Social and Emotional Intelligence Certified Coach® and receive 12 recertification credits from the ICF, HRCI, or SHRM upon completion.

The course can be started at any time and completed in your own timeframe.
